We understand specialty medications can be very expensive. Our goal at Proprium Pharmacy is to remove cost as a barrier to care by helping patients obtain the medications they need, at prices they can afford. Our team of patient care advocates will help determine if you qualify for financial assistance programs from drug companies and non-profit organizations. They will also help you fill out the application and complete the necessary steps to enroll in these programs.

Prior Authorization Assistance

In an effort to manage the rising cost of healthcare, insurance companies often require patients meet prior authorization requirements before approving payment for certain medications or procedures. Many specialty medications fall in this category. Proprium Pharmacy patient care advocates understand how to navigate the complexities of this process and will work with your doctor’s office to gather and complete the necessary documentation.

Free, Convenient Medication Delivery

Proprium Pharmacy takes medication shipping very seriously. Our packages are packed with care to ensure medications remain safe during the shipping process. For refrigerated products, we conduct studies to validate medications are maintained at manufacturer recommended temperature ranges from the time they leave our pharmacy to the time you receive your package.

We will gladly arrange delivery to your home, doctor’s office, or other location of your choice. Delivery is free of charge and will arrive in confidential packaging to protect your privacy. If you are local to the Hampton Roads area, you may also choose to pick up your medication at our Chesapeake location during business hours.
